Certified Iyengar teacher Anat Zahor from Tel Aviv, Israel, teaches Iyengar yoga through the eyes of the Buddha Dharma and the Taoist approach, creating mindfulness in the postures and their actions, and mindfulness of mind and mind objects.
Early registration is strongly recommended. Before April 1, priority will be given to full workshop registrants.
